TRANS VALVES (INDIA) PRIVATE LTD was incorporated in 1984 & is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. We are leading manufacturers of LPG Valves, Regulators, Multi Function Valves and a host of other LPG Equipments as per Indian and International specifications & have established ourselves as one of the pioneers in the LPG Equipment Industry. We are a part of a well diversified conglomerate having five other companies in the Group. We are also a leading Export House. We have been manufacturing and supplying various types of Valves, Regulators and other LPG Related equipments primarily to the Indian Oil Companies and various Multinationals in India and Abroad, for more than two decades. With a view towards fulfilling our Social Responsibility and obligation towards the environment, we had taken-up the challenge to develop and manufacture the Auto LPG Multifunction Valves in India. We were the first manufacturer to succeed in this objective and get these valves approved by CCOE, BIS and ARAI, the Indian Approving Authorities.

Besides supplying our products to the Indian Market, we have successfully exported more than 5 million Propane, Butane and LPG Regulators, Valves, Adopters and other related equipments to the extremely stringent market of USA and Canada with certification by UL. These products are tested as per UL 144 and UL 2061. Also we have regular exports of these products to cater to the requirements of many countries. Many of our products are certified by SGS and TUV. Many of the products and processes are Patented. Trans Valves has gained a reputation and built an identity for quality, reliability and safety.

We are also into the development of different Electronic Equipments like the Gas Level Indicating Systems with various functions & features. We have also developed the Gas Leak Detection Systems for LPG. With our strong R&D base, we have the capability to undertake new and innovative products makes us confident in delivering eco-friendly and user friendly products.

The state-of-the-art manufacturing plant has all the facilities for making the LPG Equipments starting from Incoming Raw Material Testing, production machinery, Testing which is capable of making the products as per stringent National and International standards, In-process and Final quality control set-up with an emphasis on reducing the rejection to almost negligible levels.

Trans Valves developed this stabilized process methodology by way of adapting innovative process techniques with a special attention on energy conservation. In that context, Trans Valves developed its own Furnace Systems in the Process Machinery which conserves energy thereby contributing significant reduction in the cost of the products and also improves the productivity considerably. Trans Valves made this achievement possible through the efforts constantly put in by the dedicated team of Managers, Professionals, skilled Engineers and Technicians.
