All incoming Raw Materials & Components are thoroughly checked as per the stringent quality system
Precision machining is done for the bodies of both Valves and Regulators.
The machined parts are subjected to strict inspection standards
Before assembling, the machined parts are thoroughly treated either by ultrasonic cleaning or Passivation techniques.
The treated parts are then assembled as per the standards and tested for its specification compatibility.
During assembling , a thorough check for fitment dimensions and stage wise leak testing are performed to ensure strict compliance as per the requirements.
The final product is marked suitably and packed appropriately. |
